If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help!

Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Your item must be returned in its original packaging to the address we provide. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Order Changes and Cancellations

We allow you 24 hours after making a purchase to cancel or make any changes (discounted products are not eligible for cancellation). Beyond this timeframe, your order will have been processed and prepared for shipping, and no changes or cancellations can be made after 24 hours.

Damaged/Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or contains missing items, we will be happy to provide a replacement as soon as possible. To file a Damaged/Missing Item Claim, contact our support team and ensure you mention “Damaged/Missing Item Claim” in the subject line of your email so we can address it promptly.

Sample Scenarios

“Tracking says ‘delivered’ but I haven’t received my package” – If confirmation from the post office and carrier shows that the item was delivered at a specific date, time, and location, we will not be responsible for items lost after delivery.

If the carrier or post office cannot confirm delivery, you need to contact us and report it. We will then arrange to send you another item or provide a refund as soon as possible.

If the package was delivered to the address provided by the recipient but an incorrect address was given, we cannot be held responsible for this error. However, we value our customers and, in such a case, we will assist you in acquiring your product at a discounted rate, at the discretion of our customer support team. Please double-check your shipping address at the time of purchase. If you realize a mistake, contact us immediately before your order is processed.
