VERVE Refund & Replacement Policy

Order Cancellations

We only offer cancellations 30 minutes after an order is placed. We may be able to edit your order within 12 hours of purchase.

To request an order change, please contact us with your order number as soon as possible.

Refund & Replacement Eligibility

Refunds or replacements may be considered within 7 days after delivery if the issue was outside of the customer’s control.

Eligible issues may include:

Wrong design received
Wrong size received
Damaged or defective item
Product damaged upon arrival
Order sent to the wrong address due to our error
Missing package or delivery issue

Please note: Our 6-month warranty may still apply beyond the 7-day refund window.

Replacement & Refund Conditions

We will always attempt to resolve eligible issues with a free replacement before issuing a refund.

VERVE reserves the right to deny refund or replacement requests that do not meet our policy conditions.

What Is Eligible

A refund or replacement may be approved for:

Wrong design received
Wrong size received
Damaged or defective product
Product damaged upon arrival
Order sent to the wrong address due to our error
Package lost or missing during delivery
Issues covered under VERVE Protection, our 6-month warranty

What Is Not Eligible

Refunds or replacements are not provided for:

Incorrect or insufficient customer address
Customer ordered the wrong size or design
Customer entered incorrect order details
Customer intentionally damaged the product
Shipping or delivery delays

Refunds vs. Replacements

At VERVE, we take responsibility when an issue is on our end. If your order qualifies, we will cover the cost to make it right through a replacement, exchange, or refund when applicable.

Address Issues

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout, including any required street number, apartment number, unit number, building number, or other delivery details.

If an order cannot be processed or fulfilled due to an incomplete or incorrect address, VERVE will contact the customer for clarification. If the issue is not resolved within 3 days of our support request, the order may be canceled without full refund.

VERVE is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address information.
